Shipping and Refund Policies

Shipping:
- Shipping is within two business days of your order (Monday-Friday). We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays, or on federal USA holidays. We cannot guarantee an arrival date for your package.

- International Shipping: Currently, through our website, we do not ship internationally. You may contact us if you would like to arrange international shipping. Please note that postage outside of the USA is significantly more. In the event international shipping is arranged, the buyer assumes all costs including customs fees, taxes, additional postage, etc.

Returns/Cancellations: 
- We do not accept returns or cancellations.

Refunds:
- For packages sent back to the seller (Jirachi's Wishes) by USPS due to address issues, the customer will receive a full refund when the item is successfully delivered to the seller.
- Lost packages: Lost packages within the USA are eligible for refunds. Lost packages outside of the USA are not eligible for a refund unless the buyer purchases additional insurance. 
- Damaged packages: Items damaged from transit may be eligible for a refund. You will be required to submit proof of damage including the item, packaging and materials used, and the shipping label.
- Stolen and misdelivered packages are NOT eligible for refunds. Jirachi's Wishes is not responsible for either situation. For packages marked as delivered that you are unable to locate, contact your local post office for assistance.
